Potential Community Center

Location: East of the Highland City buildings

Phase 1

A 2,700 square foot multipurpose room that opens onto a patio, a warming kitchen, two smaller meeting rooms, storage, and a lobby with display space.

Phase 2

Add a theater with fixed seating, a full stage with a fly loft, ticket and concessions areas, dressing rooms, staff rooms, and storage. An outside tiered amphitheater can be included in either phase 1 or 2.
